Good afternoon! I hope that you're having a positive and elevated day. Today, I want to encourage you to speak your truth. As an editor and publisher, I am fortunate enough to be able to read amazing books written by extraordinary authors before the world. On Juneteenth, I will be be sharing reviews and insights on each one that I've worked on so far! So stay tuned! However, the book I am reading now is titled, Still Standing by Barbara Swint. While reading this book, I was reminded of something that I have spoken on before. But for which one aspect I myself didn't realize. "You can't heal what you can't reveal". Each of us have our own individual journey. Often times we see what others portrays their life to be, and we harm ourselves in an attempt to replicate that. What you must realize, is that they too may be putting on a façade. That is why it is imperative that you live your truth. Regardless of the negative situations and circumstances that you may have faced, you must confront that negative and overcome it. When you speak life into something, you can heal from it. When it's silent, when it's forced into the darkness, it seeps. It mutates and become something that will evolve beyond you. It will ultimately defeat you. So, speak your truth and allow yourself to heal. You are worthy and deserving of nothing less.
Have a positive and elevated day.
