Mother Barista ♥ Encouragement To Prioritize And Recognize What You Put On Your Plate

Good afternoon! I hope you're having a positive and elevated day. Today, I want you to encourage you to prioritize and live life one day at a time. Often, many of us approach the buffet and voluntarily put too much on our plate. Now, I'm not talking about our mandatory responsibilities, like our children, home, etc. I'm specifically, talking about the things that we load onto ourselves. I've mentioned this in some aspects numerous times. But today, I want to focus on the unloading of` said plate. To start, I want to emphasize the fact that what I'm going to say is a generalization. You know exactly the item(s) on your plate that will cause you harm once consumed. For the most, we are all adults, or almost there. At this point we have a clear understanding of who we are. We know what and who we are allergic to.

The first ACTION to take, is to remove what you're allergic to. People, places, things, ENERGY! Anything that you know will bring harm 'into' you, remove it. What you bring and allow 'into' you is what and who you are. What you allow into your temple, your being, that is what will inevitably be seen by the world. And it's not necessarily about caring what the world thinks. It's about exceeding this world. It's about living beyond this world. Because I personally believe that life exists to exist beyond life. But I digress. (Rest In Power King John Lewis, King C.T. Vivian)

The second and most important ACTION to take, is to embrace what's on your plate. Unfortunately, we live in a society where we're encouraged to desire more, more, and more. But with less on your plate, you can embrace the diligent flavors in your life. I personally would prefer a 5 star, three bite meal handmade by Chef Gordan Ramsey, than a 5 for 5 at Wendy's. It's not about the amount on your plate, but the quality of the ingredients on it.

In conclusion, be mindful of you. Be mindful of what you allow on your plate, on your shoulders. You know what must be removed from your life before it causes you harm. It's not too late. You do not deserve to be held down. You deserve to elevate above all limits. Embrace your life, embrace your purpose, embrace the positivity that you can summon. You have the power. You have the control. The only question that remains is,

why not?
