Mother Barista ♥ Bandages Mask Your Wounds, But Removing Them Will Help You Heal

Good morning! I hope that you're having a positive and elevated day. Today, I want to encourage you to rip off the bandage. We often have this misconception, that keeping the bandage over the wound will help it heal sooner. But removing the bandage and allowing air to hit it, will actually help it heal better than not. At first, it may be uncomfortable, but if you persevere, you will soon be healed. Many times we are reluctant to remove the bandage because it may hurt peeling it off. But anything worth the healing, is worth the few seconds of pain. Slow and steady doesn't always win the race. It definitely doesn't in this case. The slower we peel back the bandage, the more pain it will cause. The more unbearable the process of healing will be. Regardless of what the situations are that create your wounds, you have the power and the ability to heal. The bandages that we use to mask our wounds, doesn't always lead to our healing. Bandages can be anything that we use to temporarily suppress what is causing us harm. So, no matter what caused your wound, it is up to you to heal. Your healing will create your scars, and your scars will be your testimony.

Have a positive and elevated day.
